PENGEMBANGAN MODEL INVESTIGATIVE FIELD WORK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI UNTUK PEMAHAMAN KONSEP EKOSISTEM DAN POLA INTERAKSINYA TERHADAP MINAT DAN KERJA ILMIAH SISWA X MAN 1 LAMONGAN
In the learning process, the most important thing is the occurrence of learning interactions between teachers and students. Teachers must be able to create an atmosphere of learning in the classroom as well as possible to achieve educational goals. Students who have no interest in certain subjects will find it difficult to achieve optimal learning outcomes. Therefore, teachers are required to create an interesting, interactive, and engaging learning environment in the learning process so that the learning outcomes achieved can be optimal.
To achieve this, biology learning can be carried out through various activities such as observation, research, discussion, independent information gathering through reading assignments, interviewees, role simulations, singing, demonstration models. One of them is by applying investigative field observation activities (Investigative Field Work) learning biology, in principle, training students' thinking skills as scientists think and act in solving problems.
The Investigative Field Work model has been applied in biology learning in MAN 1 Lamongan students. As a result, students' scientific work ability, students' interest, students' understanding in biology learning towards the concept of ecosystems and their interaction patterns increased. One of them is because the application of the Field Work Investigative Model device in Biology learning is adjusted to the observation object that is in the closest environment to the school. The use of appropriate learning resources will further enrich the student learning experience.
